Services

We provide freelance services including but not limited to:

• Website development
• Digital marketing
• Lead generation
• Design and consulting services

Service scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon before project commencement.

Payments

• Payments must be made as agreed (upfront, milestone-based, or upon completion).
• Late payments may result in paused or canceled services.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, review work promptly, and ensure they have rights to any content they provide.

Revisions

Revisions are limited to the amount specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Intellectual Property

Ownership transfers to the client only after full payment. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business interruptions, or for third-party platform issues (hosting, ads, payment gateways).

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws.
